Photo Challenge, Local: The Treasure Chest of Living

There is a local park that I often visit, in all four of Michigan’s seasons.   As “the home should be the treasure chest of living,” I have received many gifts among these woods and lakes on sunlight-dappled afternoons.

Tom, you have an amazing gallery here … My pick has to be the stream .. because of the small blue flowers – love that little touch of blue in all the green… and the deer. You and your camera is a great team.

Thanks! I just came around a bend and the deer was standing right there in the path. Being naturally curious, she stood there for just long enough for me to take the pic before she strolled off into the woods. Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good!
