WPC: We See into the Life of Things

Beneath winter’s white lattice, there is always anticipation of the melody of a summer waterfall.

While with an eye made quiet by the power
Of harmony, and the deep power of joy,
We see into the life of things.

–William Wordsworth, Lines Composed a Few Miles Above Tintern Abbey

The Big Horns aren’t as spectacular in some ways as the Tetons. They don’t just jut up from the earth without foothills. But I love them and they’re much more people-free, something else I really like. 🙂
