The seasons pass in an annual parade in Michigan, and the changes may cover the spectrum.  The same locale can wear a coat of many colors over the course of the year.

The effects of gravity will become readily apparent while using  these 300 stairs to the Au Sable River, if not so much on the way down, then more so on the return ascent.  Not to worry, the sense of serenity upon viewing the River and hearing the water lapping at the shore will be compensation enough.
